Lahore (        )  Vice Chancellor University of Engineering and Technology Lahore Prof. Dr. Aziz Akbar convened a meeting of chairmen and deans from all departments of UET. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Aziz Akbar chaired the meeting and explained his vision regarding academia and administrative issues of the university. While talking to the attendees he said, “UET will play its role significantly in promotion of research culture and complications regarding administrative and research & development will be resolved. Furthermore, all delayed works will be done and completed as soon as possible.” Vice Chancellor further said, “UET will generate revenue and in this regard, a special committee will be designed to look into the matters which will make policies in this regard.” All the deans and chairmen ensured their support with new vice chancellor. They appreciated the vision and suggested more positive steps.
